HairSmart offers all-natural hair wellness and regrowth systems, laser devices, and educational certifications through our website, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and ambassador partnerships.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from or use HairSmart services.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

All orders are subject to product availability. HairSmart reserves the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order or service at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions

By enrolling in a HairSmart subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the subscription terms selected at checkout.

Subscriptions are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers can create, modify, pause, reschedule, or cancel their subscriptions through the HairSmart account dashboard.

HairSmart cannot make subscription changes on behalf of customers. Please ensure that any changes are made before the next scheduled billing or shipment date to avoid unwanted charges.

5. Digital Products, Live Events & Certifications

Purchases of digital products, online courses, virtual training, and in-person or live-streamed educational events, including the Ayurvedic Trichology Certification, are strictly non-refundable once the content has been accessed, the event has been attended, or the service has otherwise been consumed.

By purchasing these products or services, you acknowledge and agree that subjective dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Warranty Policy for detailed eligibility requirements and conditions relating to physical merchandise, bundles, and laser devices.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

HairSmart maintains a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback abuse and first-party fraud.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a product or service that was successfully delivered, accessed, or consumed, HairSmart reserves the right to dispute the claim using relevant purchase records, delivery information, usage records, and customer communications.

Customers who submit fraudulent or bad-faith payment disputes may be permanently prohibited from making future purchases from HairSmart.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside of HairSmart's control.

HairSmart is not responsible for shipping delays that occur after an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. HairSmart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

HairSmart products and educational materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
