Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing MyHairSmart! Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and use of MyHairSmart digital gift cards.
1. Redemption
MyHairSmart Gift Cards are valid only for purchases made on https://myhairsmart.com. They can be used toward any eligible products or services available on the site.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Redeemable for Cash
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
3. Expiration
Gift Cards do not expire and do not carry any service or inactivity fees in accordance with Ohio law.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat your gift card code like cash. MyHairSmart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Replacements may be issued only with valid proof of purchase and the original gift card number, at our sole discretion.
5. Partial Use & Balance
If the full value of the gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases. You may apply multiple gift cards to a single order.
6. Exclusions
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and may not be used toward shipping fees or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel gift cards or orders suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the gift card program. Misuse may result in cancellation of your order and/or suspension of your account.
8. Limitations
There may be a minimum or maximum purchase value when purchasing a gift card. Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used in any unauthorized promotions or commercial activities without prior written consent from MyHairSmart.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
MyHairSmart reserves the right to update or modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
